Still too early to be very optomistic about the Burmese govt.

The two army officers involved have been transferred away, so they cannot talk.

The ministry would take ambassadors from member countries of the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation to visit various sites where Rohingya are held to observe the problem, Mr Surapong said.

To avoid ethnic cleansing and the dangerous boat departures, let OIC and other Islamic countries fund a program in cooperatio with Myanmar, who wants the Rohingya out of Myanmar, set up an "Orderly Departure Program", similar to what was used for the Vietnamese Boat people. The Rohingya, who want to leave, register, have an interview, security check and go safely to whichever country accepts them.It is better than ethnic cleansing.

D1 Just look for unusually rich Military, Border Patrol Police, Immigration officials and ordinary Police. It shouldn't take too long.
Catch them, fire them, take away everything they own and send them and their families on a leaky boat with little food and water to the Rakhine state in Burma as refugees.
    Som Nam Nah.

Find smugglers and fine them, let them foot the bill ,the cost of taking care of these illigal people.
