Singapore's founding father Lee Kuan Yew has been discharged from hospital after being confined due to an irregular heartbeat, the government said Sunday.

    LKY is one of the last 2 surviving dictators in SE Asia. Whilst LKY has given up much of his control, the other dictator has consolidated power and is widely acknowledged as the richest dictator alive - who orchestrated more than 20 coups in the last few decades.
