Taliban vow to kill Musharraf

The Pakistani Taliban on Saturday threatened to assassinate former president Pervez Musharraf when he returns to the country.

Pervez Musharraf, in an interview on Friday in Dubai, affirms his pledge to return to Pakistan on Sunday "even to the peril of my life".

"We have prepared a special squad of suicide bombers for Musharraf," Taliban spokesman Ehsanullah Ehsan told AFP by telephone from an undisclosed location.

He deserves what he gets. What goes around comes around so this should be a lesson for others in power who abuse their positions and authority.
