The Vietnamese government has been urged to adopt more incentives for tourists after the country saw a decline in foreign visitors this year.

About 2.4 million foreign visitors came to Vietnam from January to April this year, a 5.3% drop from last year, the Vietnam News reported on Thursday, citing the General Statistics Office.
