Korea Water Resources Corp (K-Water) has emerged as the biggest winner in terms of value in the bidding for the government's 350-billion-baht water management scheme.
K-Water won only two modules of the scheme, which comprises nine modules in total. But the two it garnered were the most expensive in terms of the construction value at a combined 163 billion baht.
ITD Power China Joint Venture, which was awarded the most project modules, landed the second-biggest deal. The group won five modules with a total value of 110 billion baht.
