Graft fighter seeks to widen net

The National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC) is pushing law amendments so that it can prosecute foreign state officials who have conspired with Thai officials in corruption cases. 

It also wants the prerogative to coordinate directly with foreign governments on asset recovery, NACC secretary general Sansern Poljiak told Thai Rath Online.

The changes are in the amendment draft the NAAC has already submitted to the National Council for Peace and Order, Mr Sansern said.
