Two men have been arrested and 250,000 speed pills hidden in their refrigerator seized following a raid in Lat Phrao district of Bangkok.
Jaenchob Saenliew and Supakonpat Saenliew were carrying the refrigerator from a pickup truck to their apartment when a team of Narcotics Suppression Bureau police stopped them for a search late Friday night, said bureau chief Pol Lt Gen Rewat Klinkesorn.
The officers found 250,000 speed pills, with a street value of as much as 75 million baht, inside the refrigerator. The two men were being held in police custody pending legal action.
