Man arrested for planting six homemade bombs in capital

Six homemade bombs were found at three spots in eastern Bangkok early yesterday. Police have arrested a suspect who claims he laid them for political reasons.

A bomb disposal officer approaches a home-made device under the Khlong Nong Prue bridge. Six devices were planted in three locations in eastern Bangkok yesterday.

Deputy Prime Minister Chalerm Yubamrung, national police chief Priewpan Damapong, and Metropolitan Police Division 1 chief Wichai Sangprapai inspected the three locations after the bombs were noticed in early dawn.

One must keep in mind the events of the past few days. I believe Charlerm was at the side of Khun Toxin very recently. In fact he was the first one running to grab the bosses coat tails. This does not stink of a set up, I can not find the word that better fits, but it is most foul.
