Investigators seek to exhume Farut's body

NAKHON RATCHASIMA : Police intend to ask permission today from Uthai Thani MP Chada Thaised to exhume the body of his slain son for an autopsy.

Pol Col Boonsong Attawora-anant, deputy chief of Nakhon Ratchasima police bureau, said yesterday that investigators want to inspect the bullets that killed his son, Farut.

Farut was killed in an apparent road rage shoot-out on the Khao Yai-Wang Nam Khieo road last month.

    Why the delay? Why is the body not already with the necessary officials for the autopsy to take place? The defence may now claim that any bullets found in the body now have been placed there after the death.
