Uthai Thani MP Chada Thaised yesterday rejected a police request to exhume the body of his slain son for an autopsy.
Mr Chada said that exhumation of graves is prohibited by Islamic law while querying the reason for the police request.
Farut was killed in an apparent road rage shoot-out on the Khao Yai-Wang Nam Khieo road last month. Police investigators want to inspect the bullets that killed his son, Farut.
