Fake cop arrested for raping girl

A motorcycle taxi driver has been arrested on charges of impersonating a police officer and raping a 14-year-old girl, reports said.

Police said they received a call from a resident of an apartment in Onnut Soi 53 in Prawet district, that a man had lured three young girls into his apartment.

Police found Wacchara Wongbak, 34, in the apartment with the 14-year-old girl looking scared in a corner of the room.

...this man need at least a 10 years prison to do that with a 14 y o girl and probably it was not the first time he did that ..they should try to find out if their is other victims ...i am 100% sure he did that before. this kind of behavior is not from today ..he said he saw the girl alone with no parent and lure them to his appartement....how come nobody at the market saw that and make a move to see what was happening to these youg girls and the halfdrunk man....?? wait and see some young girls might come forward to testify against him later
