B250m fund for justice victims

The Rights and Liberties Protection Department on Tuesday announced a budget of 250 million baht will be available to fund compensation to wrongly accused defendants and innocent third parties affected by criminal cases.

    Maybe if the police did their jobs professionally and correctly then there would be no need for a fund for compensation to wrongly accused defendants.
