The best thing to do to stop this type of corruption is to just say no.
It's not just police. An immigration officer recently asked me for a tip
to ensure my residency application was approved. I said no thank you.
    It was approved anyway.

I read in the newspapers that there are fake red-shirts who burn building and shoot people. This must be an example of fake brown-shirts demanding bribes. With the red-shirt nobody can imagine that any of them could be aggressive and greedy. It’s almost the same with the brown shirts. We all know that they are always honest and keen on helping ordinary citizens. Can anybody imagine that a Thai policeman would take any bribes? Or even worse: demand any bribes? Impossible! That must have been fake brown-shirts.

These police officers should be in jail otherwise they will harm the person who posted this clip.

    What an excellent precedent.
It would be great to see a lot more people using their handy smartphones and other toys to acquire and publish on YouTube and elsewhere such solid evidence of police and other official corruption.

Can't wait for the video in the Patong bar, or the local gambling den. A disgruntled employee perhaps?

They've been punished not for what they did but for being stupid enough to get caught.

TS is RTP. What does he have to say about this? Maybe his sister can speak for him.

The only crime here 'in the police eyes' is that these blokes were caught on camera.

Very brazen, but it just shows how entrenched this is. I'm sure things will get back to
    'normal, very soon.
