Five charged over armed school raid

BURI RAM - Police have charged five youths with collaborating to carry out an armed intrusion and assault following an attemptd raid on a nursing aide training school on Monday.

One of about a dozen teens armed with knives and machetes who tried to get into the school was shot dead by a security guard. The others fled after the shooting.

The guard, Kwanfa Srinarat, was charged with manslaughter and carrying a gun and ammunition without permission.

    "Police have urged parents of the remaining intruders to turn their children in to the authorities." This means the police know who they are. Go get them instead of pleading with their parents.

    Kwanfa was the hero in this dastardly attack, and he's being charged with manslaughter? What's wrong with this picture?
