Boys charged with child's attack

Police have charged a Prathom 1 (grade 1) and Mathayom 1 (grade 7) student in connection with the brutal bashing in Suphan Buri of a 5-year-old kindergarten student in an incident that caused public concern.

The victim remains in intensive care at Chulalongkorn Hospital.

Pol Lt Prompong Sanitklang, a duty officer at Muang district police station, said police have filed assault charges against the two older children, alleging they attacked the boy.

    Wont they be too young to detain.13 is the required age for criminal responsibility in most parts of the world. Yes the teacher in charge should be made accountable.Still say there is no wonder this has happened the violence these kids are subjected to on TV and its getting worse.

    the teacher who was designated to oversee the children's playtime should also be arrested for dereliction of duty...when your children enter the school the parental responsibility automatically pass to the state (in this case the school)

    How about charging the teacher that beat the kid repeatedly? Guess that's OK because she was an adult.
