Public prosecutors expect to make an indictment decision on the murder of businessman Akeyuth Anchanbutr within a week.
Pongniwat Yutthapanboriparn, the director-general of the Department of Criminal Litigation under the Office of the Attorney-General, said police had submitted an investigative report on the murder case to the Office of Criminal Litigation 6 on Aug 15.
After reviewing the report, the public prosecutor team in charge of the case found it contained some unclear information. Prosecutors then asked police to conduct additional investigations to make the report more complete.
