Police lodge extortion charge against ‘Seh James’

Police have laid extortion charges against army Maj Gen Jennarong "Seh James" Dechawan and four alleged accomplices. 

They are accused of demanding bribes from Patpong street vendors.

Lt Col Burin Thongpraphai, of the Judge Advocate-General's Department, filed a complaint Thursday with Crime Suppression Division (CSD) police against Maj Gen Jennarong and the four civilian suspects. Charges were filed by the CSD after the complaint was received.
