Hopefuls vow to help stray dogs

Bangkok governor election candidates pledged yesterday to take good care of the city's stray dogs.

    "Putting the cart before the horse": first of all take care that the owners get used to let castrate males and operate the females to prevent every year lots of (unwanted)puppies to be dumped along the road or behind the temple-walls.
