More complaints have been lodged against "Ying Kai" by a victim who was conned out of 2.8 million baht in exchange for a royal insignia and a royally bestowed title of khunying as promised by the woman.
Saiyai Yingpoom, 87, accompanied by lawyer Songkan Atchariyasap, chairman of the Network Against Acts that Destroy the Kingdom, Religion and Monarchy, appeared Thursday at the Crime Suppression Division (CSD) to file a complaint against Monta "Ying Kai" Yokrattanakan with CSD deputy chief Chakrit Sawasdee.
Ms Saiyai accused Ms Monta, who falsely claimed to be a khunying, of colluding with a person who claimed to be abbot of Wat Yi Pa in Ayutthaya to dupe her out of 2.8 million baht in exchange for the royal insignia and the title of khunying.
She later filed a complaint with local police and a petition with Ayutthaya's chief monk after realising she had been cheated as Ms Monta failed to keep her promise.
Also Thursday, two others sought legal charges against Ms Monta with police.
They are Waritsara Kaewplang, a Surin National Anti-Corruption Commission official, and Phra Samuchawalitkittimethee, assistant to Wat Tha Sung Thaksinaram in Ayutthaya's Tha Sai district.

Phra Samuchawalitkittimethee said he was assigned by the provincial chief monk to close Wat Yi Pa after the provincial monk's order found the temple was deserted as no monks were staying there. The closure came after Ms Saiyai petitioned the monk's order complaining she had been defrauded by a person who posed as abbot of that temple.
Phra Samuchawalitkittimethee told police he was threatened by the abbot and Ms Monta, who claimed she had close ties to several high-ranking police officers.
Ms Waritsara, a former restaurant owner in Phitsanulok, said she was charged with extortion and defamation in several cases due to Ms Monta's complaints after both had a conflict over a charity school meal in the province during 1993-1997.
Ms Waritsara said Ms Monta failed to pay for the event's expenses of about 200,000 baht, as allegedly promised. When Ms Waritsara asked for the payment, Ms Monta filed legal complaints against her.
Meanwhile, the Criminal Court approved an arrest warrant Thursday for Ms Monta for allegedly being involved in human trafficking.
The warrant was issued after a police investigation found several Thai and Lao women were tricked into forced labour by Ms Monta from 2008 to 2012.
Acting city police chief Pol Lt Gen Sanit Mahathavorn said Ms Montha lured three female residents of Mae Hong Son province and two Lao women, identified as Kabkaew and Thamma, to work for her.
Pol Lt Gen Sanit said after both Lao women quit their jobs and left Ms Monta's house, Ms Monta filed charges against them for allegedly stealing valuables worth 2.9 million baht.
Also Thursday, a warrant was issued by the Military Court against Ms Monta on lese majeste charges after she allegedly spoke to a third person in a way that defamed the royal institution.
So far, Ms Monta has been facing a slew of criminal charges including lodging false complaints, human trafficking, defamation and breaching the lese majeste law.
Also, Mr Songkan asked that police press charges against two men and two women connected with Ms Monta as they may be linked to the death of Chawiwan Tangwiriyakul, a millionaire in Udon Thani.
