CHIANG MAI — A Finnish man died after falling from a hotel room in Muang Chiang Mai district on Tuesday evening.
The man, in his 30s, was found lying on the ground floor at the entrance of a hotel in Wat Gade subdistrict. Police were alerted to the incident at 5pm, Naewna Online reported.
Details of the incident remain sketchy. However, a hotel staff member said the man checked into a room on the hotel’s sixth floor at 1pm and was not seen leaving his room before the body was found.
Police are investigating and have not established the cause of death.
