Earlier, Sirilada Sangsakda, a 33-year-old dentist at a hospital in Nakhon Pathom province, lodged a complaint with Taling Chan police against the driver of a Prius who shot at her car in Bang Phlat district on Monday morning.

Mr Somporn was nabbed shortly after police identified his vehicle using CCTV camera footage.

According to police, the dentist cut in front of Mr Somporn's vehicle on Sirindhorn Road.

Furious, Mr Somporn pulled out his gun and fired at Dr Sirilada's Honda Accord sedan. The driver's window and front passenger side widow were damaged by bullets.
