"Prevention is better than cure", an slogan that applies in here. But with the limited vaccine at hand, only few can avail of it. What makes this concern ministry not able to produce the needed volume of the vaccine for all the Thai people.BTW.. just asking?

When a Thai government official tells me that there is nothing to worry about , I worry .According to his own figures there is vaccine available for less than 1% of the population. If Thailand avoids an epidemic it will be through good luck rather than good management.

sorry but it can not be prevented with a vaccination.A vaccination could help reduce the symptoms. By the time it reaches Thailand it will probably have mutated anyway.

Who is in line to get the vaccine in Thailand?

A more prudent statemant would have been "We are monitoring flu infections" rather than a knee jerk denial of anything untoward....

far too premature, hopeful Thailand will not be hit too hard with this flu but it will take at least another 2-3 weeks
