Jatuporn lays blame on Kasit

  • Online news:

Cambodia has a taped conversation of Foreign Minister Kasit Piromya ordering the first secretary of the Thai embassy in Phnom Penh to get former prime minister Thaksin Shinawatra's flight plan for the Thai government, Puea Thai MP Jatuporn Promphan said on Wednesday.

Mr Jatuporn said Cambodian authorities also had a tape of a conversation about the flight plan between the first secretary, Kamrob Palawatwichai, and Siwarak Chutiphong, the Thai engineer employed by Cambodia Air Traffic Services accused of spying for Thailand.

Mr Siwarak was arrested on Wednesday and accused of stealing Thaksin's flight plan. Mr Kamrob was expelled the following day.

Mr Jatuporn said if the tapes were made available to other countries they would lose trust in Thailand, because this amounted to Thailand interfering in Cambodia's internal affairs.

He called on Mr Kasit to clarify the matter.

The Puea Thai MP also said Thaksin had asked the Cambodian authorities to ensure fair treatment for Siwarak in court.

If the Cambodian court gave Mr Siwarak only a suspended sentence, Puea Thai chairman Chavalit Yongchaiyudh would go to Phnom Penh to bring him back from Cambodia,  Mr Jatuporn said.

Looklike this "Jatuporn" guy has every information regarding current government!

My kids were impressed with this guy's diverse knowledge and I hope he will still impress them
    in years to come.

For my part, I really want to cheer my kids up at their 'magical Jatuporn' moment but my conscience guided me otherwise.

You cant say Cambodia spy Thailand, since we tape was recorded in Cambodia. Also the problem happened in Cambodia. On the other hand, it shows how much we pay attention to our national security (Cambodia) and how much as a country like Thailand should perform as a neighboring.

In many ways, Cambodia respects Thailand, even though we dislike the The current Thai Gov't. In contrary, the act of spying from Kasit shows how much Thai govt has not respected Cambodia as a neighbor. To them, it is the diplomacy war with Cambodia and they are going a little bit harsh and raw. I am tired of this game. This govt is just very in capable compares to the Thaksin. They claim they are the elite of thai scholars. I have no ideas and I wish they are for the shake of thailands. But you never know, when a scholar tie themselves with the military and the anarchists.

Thailand is a respectful country during the last administration. At least they were better.

I wish my country the best and we swear to god, we re boring of thai politics. but they dragged us with them. Let s solve the preah vihear case and that s the deal. none of the thai things, we want to bargain from. this does not mean we are stupid. Cambodia will be someone likes Singapore one day to come.

Maybe the Cambodians were tracking the spy's conversations and recorded one with the first secretary and then tracked his conversations bringing in Kasit. Who knows. If Kasit was taped it just goes to show they should have secure lines of communication not normal cell phones etc.

Nice to hear Mr. Jatuporn he must be working for Cambodia. One of the most corrupt countries, dont know perhaps he feels at home. Together with his friend Khun Thaksin the innocent, 1000 per cent perfect person, what a team, the couples who never do misstakes, never has done anything wrong.

Are mr Jatuporn and mr Twittersin for or against Thailand? It's getting harder to find out who are the real enemies of Thailand.

Here we go again. Jatuporn always has a tape of someone. The last time he he gave a purported audio of Abhisit ordering the killing of red shirts, it proved to be a fake. I'm sure this is no different. Jatuporn, which side do you work for? Cambodia? Do your job for once.
