Activists plan appeal to Map Ta Phut ruling
Rayong group wants a Supreme Court review
The Stop Global Warming Association will file an appeal with the Supreme Administrative Court, asking it to overturn the Administrative Court's verdict to approve 74 industrial projects in Rayong's Map Ta Phut area.
Association chairman Srisuwan Janya said yesterday the appeal against Thursday's ruling would be filed within two weeks.
Mr Srisuwan was one of 43 plaintiffs who filed administrative charges against state agencies for allegedly illegally issuing operating permits for 76 projects in the area.
