Loei gives up 250m year secret

Fossils of Southeast Asia's oldest plant-eating prosauropod dinosaur have been unearthed in Loei's Phu Kradung district.

Making waves after 250 million years.

Mineral Resources Department paleontologists recently discovered about 30 fossil pieces of the herbivorous dinosaur at Phu Hin Thaen, where fossils of other dinosaur species have also been found.

    Fantastic find! I do hope these are displayed well and the public invited to see them. The Royal Tyrell museum in Canada has a fantastic display of dinosaurs found in Canada. I hope Thailand will do the same.
