PAD opposes border ceasefire

The border truce agreement made by the Thai and Cambodian generals on Saturday is dangerous as it will make Thailand lose its territory, spokesman of the yellow-shirt people group Panthep Puapongpan claimed on Sunday.

At a press conferen held at Makkhawan Rangsan rally site, Mr Panthep said the eight conditions under the ceasefire deal, including no more troops are to be deployed in the conflict zones and no building or structure of any kind may be constructed inside the disputed 4.6 square kilometer border zone, would lead to a permanent lose of Thai soil.

He claimed that the truce agreement has put Thailand in an underdog situation.

Police needs to get the PAD off the street, they are protesting for an insignificant cause that has no impact on the welfare of the society, instead they are creating tension for both countries. No good deed ever comes from their actions as well.

The thing I find funny is that PAD is so concerned about a little patch of dirt in Isan and at the same time they feel the Isan people are too stupid to vote and are buffalo. Strange thinking, must put drugs in their bottled water.

The way that PAD leaders against Cambodia like the way they against Thaksin..

It seems Chamlong Srimuang is the only one who knows and can do everything for Thailand, is not the government!!

Actually losing territory (if it actually happens) is not dangerous at all.

However, playing with live ammunition IS pretty dangerous.

PAD sleep in the bunker with the villagers.
PAD in the front line of fired.
why not let these tough talk PAD people drafted each one with a gun then send them
to be in front line of fire.
war lives will be lost especially the innocent people. PAD running government I thought Abhisit is the one who run the country.
