Court decision on UDD bail tomorrow

The Criminal Court will announce on Tuesday whether it will grant bail to eight United Front for Democracy against Dictatorship (UDD) core leaders accused of terrorism and other charges related to the April-May protest last year.

UDD lawyers inititially submitted a bail request for seven UDD leaders - Weng Tojirakarn, Korkaew Pikulthong, Natthawut Saikua, Wiphuthalaeng Pattanaphumthai, Yossawaris Chuklom or Jeng Dokchik, Kwanchai Praipana  and Nisit Sinthuprai.

    #2...You havent read the 2nd line of my post?
    Either they have no proof, so a trial would be pointless or as you say they have lots of proof which only endorses the opinion as stated on line 3 of my post.

    #2...Acquitted due to lack of evidence.. are you out of your mind???? Were you in the himalayas at the end of the terror occupation of Bangkok?? The red leadership was in front of camera,s , microphones and thousands of spectators inciting their poor followers to put Bangkok to ashes.... which they partly did. They should stay in jail for tens of years, and thats even a too light sentence for these terrorists!

    Detention without trial or delayed trial is a violation of human rights. Where is justice? Sad for the majority Thai people.....

    These guys should not be granted bail, they should be aquitted due to lack of evidence. If there was any evidence they would have been tried by now.
    Personally I believe the government do not want to try them out of fear for the consequences.
