Prime Minister Abhisit Vejjajiva and representatives of 19 state agencies on Tuesday signed a memorandum of understanding on tackling corruption in state procurement procedures.

The document requires state agencies to do all they can to combat bribe-taking, price collusion and other graft iin state procurement projects.
