The Criminal Court on Tuesday rejected a request for the release of red-shirt leaders Jatuporn Prompan and Nisit Sinthuprai, who are being detained at the Bangkok Remand Prison on terrorism charges.

D3 UDD will never get into power. Do you think everybody is afraid of UDD? Even if PT wins a majority of the votes , the reds never will get a majority. Do not mix it up.Since when has UDD the power to kick judges out. Does UDD not stand for democracy?

Actually ,there is a really good reason to let him out now. Jatuporn would help the Democrats a lot as he would be sure to say something silly or controversial as soon as he was released.
