Majority of Thai politicians are immatured so are the voters being deceived into believing all those populist policies ! It still take quite some time for them to attain maturity.

My six year old Niece could run this country, so why not give the new blood a chance to mess it up or propel it to world status.
Bottom line is the country will still exist regardless so who really cares.

They did not have time to consider who was on the foreign affairs committee, they were to busy running after Thaksin, because they were afraid he was going to undo a coupe with his vast popularity. That is what you get when you put a yellow shirt in charge. I think it will be good for Thailand to have some fresh faces in the post. It might freshen up the image of Thailand and take away some of the tarnish that has been lumped on a good people, since the elite threw a temper tantrum in 2006.

It makes sense that PT would choose unknown people with no experience that they can easily control for ministerial posts . They followed the same recipe choosing their PM . Dont worry thou .I,m sure all the stock holders in Thaksin empire will be well looked after .Oh the rest of the country ? well you get what you vote for .

HillFarang makes a valid point. Let's see if this new blood in some of the posts can bring some new ideas and shake the place up a bit.

Time will tell but maybe we should give them a chance to show if they can [1] do the job and [2] work with these public servants.

    D3, Loong,

May I remind you that Cory Acquino had no politcal experience when she became President of the Philippines.
She turned out to be the best and most loved leader the country ever had.

Have faith, inexperience doesn't equal inability
