The National Anti-Corruption Commission yesterday formally ruled against former TAT governor Juthamas Siriwan in the film festival bribery case.
Juthamas: Case now goes to prosecution
Commissioner Medhi Krongkaew said the NACC found Ms Juthamas has committed criminal offences as a former state official in connection with the case.

You should NEVER bribe or accept bribes. Corruption is worse than drugs.

Bribery appears to be the way to do business in Thailand. How does a foreigner know when it is okay to bribe and when it is illegal?
