Gen Panlop Pinmanee, an adviser to the prime minister, said on Monday he was ready to work at the International Security Operations Command (ISOC) no matter in what capacity.
He was responding to a report that Prime Minister Yingluck Shinawatra was considering assigning him to work at the ISOC.
Gen Panlop, a former deputy director of ISOC, said he had not been approached to work at the agency.

There is no law to allow the prime minister to empower any of her advisers to act as ISOC director on her behalf. So, does that also mean there is no law to DISALLOW the prime minister to empower any of her advisers to act as ISOC director on her behalf?
