This explains why people are not getting the paltry amount of money they're entitled to...PT is going to throw a party with their money. Have they no shame at all?

As I see it,FROC's only contribution was increasing the post-flood budget by their incompetence during the floods. Try asking the tax-payers if they think this deserves a party.
While we're revisiting the flood of '11,how are the flood compensation payments progressing ?

Hay! Lets have a party now that the flooding is over.
Lets spend the money that we didn't pay to the people who were affected by the floods on a fancy bash
Maybe we can show that we are competent of doing something.

Maybe plan how not to destroy thousands of peoples lives instead .FROCs incompetence is still being felt by the thousands who lost their homes .You give people who burned the city millions and do nothing to prevent flooding next year .
