Phangnga governor, two others accused of encroachment

The Phangnga governor and two other men have been accused of encroachment on a wildlife sanctuary in Phatthalung.

A task force from the Department of National Parks, Wildlife and Plant Conservation yesterday lodged a complaint against the trio, police said.

In the complaint filed by task force representative Surat Kaewsrisuk, Phangnga governor Thamrong Charoenkul, Khong Kwanden, and Suchart Chusang were accused of trespassing on watershed forest in Banthat wildlife sanctuary in Tamot district.

    Will this never stop in Thailand?! Almost everyone from the top to the bottom just thinks about money and himself! It is a shame and the people should now realize this and take actions!
