Kittiratt denies share sale plan

The government has no plans to sell down its stake in energy giant PTT Plc, Kittiratt Na-Ranong, the leader of the government's economic team, says.

Kittiratt: ‘All a misunderstanding’

Mr Kittiratt, the deputy prime minister and finance minister, said the Yingluck Shinawatra administration has never had a policy to privatise PTT, which is now a state enterprise. The government has never discussed this issue with the state enterprise policy committee either.
