What political situation did the business people want to talk about?

howell D13 - "Like where the proposed flood-way will go and so what land to buy to make max profit ?"
Or asking him to give up his land to be used as floodways.

FYI - AV and his deputy, and most of his party, had a bad habit of not showing up for parliament during their administration. A lack of quorum was the norm.

'Mr Srettha said the talk was more like an “exchange of opinions”.'

Like where the proposed flood-way will go and so what land to buy to make max profit ?

YS can meet who she likes but she made it high profile and problematic by cancelling her allotted parliamentary time. Sounds like the same contempt for Parliament and the law Thaksin had when PM.

PMs of all nations have meetings, lunchs ,dinners etc with biz people all the time. It recently came to light that Tony Blair met with Rupert Murdoch 64 times whilst he PM. It's no big deal if Yingluck attends partliament seeing as the cabinet seems to run without her and most decisions seem to be taken without her knowing or being involved.

Needless to say, it is absolutely all in one important private biz as our lady PM could skip the on going parliament session ! Official biz guests meet our PM in the PM's Office or Baan Phisanuloke !! Birds of the same feather flock together irrespective of sex !!! Too bad for all normal Thais !!!!

Public people can have private meetings and should not have to disclose their every movement.
    from iPhone application.

If anyone thinks that this type of meeting doesn't happen in the Western world thay are dreaming. They happen every day. They just don't get blown out of all proportion by agenda driven people like in Thailand.
