Uncorked Chalerm accused of being drunk in House

Parliament's charter amendment debate turned ugly in its last day when a Democrat MP accused Deputy Prime Minister Chalerm Yubamrung of being drunk during the chamber meeting.
Late last night, Mr Chalerm repeatedly harangued Democrat and opposition leader Abhisit Vejjajiva as he concluded yesterday's party debate, prompting another Democrat MP to shout out that he was drunk.
"Are you drunk? I smell liquor on you," Democrat MP for Samut Songkhram Rangsima Rodrasamee said.
