wakeup dis 6 You write : Read MSNBC's "Myanmar's Suu Kyi says sanctions remain tool for change," where she prostrates herself before whatever the US judges as "the right thing to do at the moment."
I'd say it worked. Wouldn't you?

I love her choice in clothing! The mint-green colour is elegant! I'm so tired of seeing politicians in dark dreary Western suits. She has the courage to display her feminine side as well as her cultural identity proudly to the rest of the world instead of trying to be an ultra-conformist. It's refreshing!

No one is going to mention this? Ok, I will. The reason workers & refugees from Myanmar are scattered beyond their borders is due to Western sanctions Suu Kyi has backed all this time - as well as her and her movement's blocking of joint Myanmar-Chinese development projects. Felt very shameful about our politicians as compared to The Lady. Even our Harvard graduated PM could not even speak like her.

Thailand will have a shortage of workers in 10 years time if Myanmar opens up to foreign investments, Myanmar workers will flock back home to work.

Her, Suu Kyi, view is still very clear and realistic. Great article, it needs to be read by all Thai yellow skin. Some reasonable yellows may turn a little lighter!

Is it possible to set up a time when Mrs. Suu Kyi could address the Thailand parliament? Any number of topics would be appropriate.

THIS should be the headline, feature story.

Not the narrow minded kindergarten antics of the democrats and their PAD minions.
