New bypass gets the nod
A small road is being touted as a traffic jam solver

Motorists caught up in the formidable traffic jams around Ram Intra and Phahon Yothin roads and in the north of the city are being offered a glimmer of hope in the shape of a relatively small bypass.
Finally looking set to take shape is a 2-km strip that promises to de-clog some of the busiest traffic congestion seen in the city.
The so-called Kor 1 Road is set to move from blueprint to reality as part of a revised city plan that will expand the web of road networks.
