Win Win is that not the art of good negotiation?.May be some politicians should head how it should be done. Win loose or loose win will get nowhere.

It goes to show the cheering red shirts doesn't really know anything about the case and ruling. They just know PTP wasn't banned. They were cheering as if they won the lottery. Rest be assure they will continue to be on the streets until the charter passes in their favor.

This ruling has given pause to both sides of the political divide. Though the court has offered non-binding suggestions in order to try to open the process up to public debate and input, they ought not be be summarily dismissed by Pheu Thai. To do so would be to miss out on the opportunity that this ruling presents - namely, to calm the political climate and usher in some balance and reason to the process.
