Four police officers were injured, one seriously, in a bomb explosion in Pattani late Saturday morning, reports said.
The incident at the Na Gate intersection in Pattani’s Khok Pho district occurred shortly after a rubber tapper was killed in an ambush in the same district.Fifteen police officers were returning from inspecting the ambush scene when the blast took place.The home-made bomb, hidden inside a motorcycle parked near the Na Gate intersection, was detonated when the pickup truck carrying police arrived at the intersection.The injured officers were admitted to Khok Pho hospital.Police...
