Weng wants ICC to probe 2010 riots

Red-shirt co-leader and Pheu Thai Party list MP Weng Tojirakan on Wednesday submitted a petition asking Justice Minister Pracha Promnok to empower the International Criminal Court (ICC) to launch an enquiry into the government's use of force to suppress red-shirt protesters in April-May 2010.

He said the the government of the time's action resulted in the death and injury of a large number of people.

In the petition, Mr Weng asked Pol Gen Pracha to recognise the ICC's jurisdiction to probe the bloodshed by notifying the court's registrar of the intention.

Weng - what will you do if the ICC reports that the government faced extreme provocation for two months?
What if they conclude that you and your fellow UDD leaders are responsible for inciting violence, arson, murder, looting and arson?

Will you rally your Red Troops to picket the court? Will you release the names, addresses and telephone numbers of the judges? Let's face it, when it comes to justice, you and your ilk are not renown for fair play or accepting verdicts, are you?

People in glass houses should not throw stones.

Weng cannot count , 91 less 21 deaths the DSI thinks the military had a hand it leaves a lot of deaths and even more injuries for the red leaders to answer for in addition to accounting for the loss of national treasure including 700 million to clean filth off the Democracy Monument and other locations.

There is a lot for the reds to answer for starting with the role of Dear Leader and his henchman aka the Three Amigos plus Weng and his missus.
