Charter judges withdraw YouTube clips suit

Three Constitution Court judges have withdrawn a defamation lawsuit they filed against a former court official for distributing video clips in 2010 that were allegedly designed to undermine the court.

Pasit Sakdanarong, former private secretary of former charter court president Chat Cholaworn, was accused of releasing the videos.

However, court spokesman Pimol Thampitakpong said yesterday judges Charoon Inthajarn, Suphot Khaimuk, and Chalermpon Ake-uru sent their representatives on Tuesday to withdraw the case against Mr Pasit which was filed with the Criminal Court.
