Warning: Heavy rain, flash floods

The Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Department on Thursday issued a warning for people in the North, Northeast, East and the South to prepare for widespread scattered rain with heavy falls in some areas, the danger of floods and forest-runoff over the next few days.

    So one article warns of floods, another reports losses from droughts. I realize these involve defferent parts of the country, but not sure the government or BP does. Here we have a mild drought. Sounds like Korat needs rain.

    MY only question is; are we spreading this word to others by other means except the Internet? Many or MOST of the people you are warning do not use the internet! Just a thought....
