I hope they have enough memory in their cameras and on their web site! They will need a building full of super computers for this task.

How do you legislate courtesy and respect for others? In the dense traffic of Bangkok most of the most dangerous and damaging driver traits are the simple lack of these qualities with selfishness added. The people who treat driving like a competitive blood sport and would prefer to cause an accident than let someone merge, those who get themselves knowingly stuck in the middle of an intersection blocking cross traffic or those whose the size of their vehicles to intimidate pedestrians, motorcyclist and other drivers just do not care about others.

Why not catch the people that go straight on lanes for turning....just get something as simple as that done right first.
