BANGKOK - The Criminal Court on Friday released red-shirt core member Yossawaris Chuklom, better known as Jeng Dokjik, on 600,000 baht bail.

Mr Yossawaris, who  faces terrorism-related charges stemming from the April-May 2010 violence, was released on condition that he stays in Thailand and must not incite unrest.

The court also reminded him of his promise that he will not go up on stage to make any speeches and not get involved in politics. He is prohibited from leaving the country.

Revolving doors on Thai jails would seem appropriate and time saving. Or just send criminals to bed without their supper as an alternative.

Disc 11 and 8... Let me explain something to you... Citing another example of idiocy doesn't make THIS example any less idiotic.

It's the posting equivalent of sticking your fingers in your ears and saying, "Well he did it too."

How much lower can this country fall, how much deeper can it sink into this red gutter????

"Do these Red criminals have a revolving door at the courts?"
Sondhi was given a jail sentence and still got out on bail. Several red-shirts have been, and are still in prison. The yellow shirts are all still out even though they occupied an airports and tried to kill policemen.

No surprise, the regime got full control of both the police and the courts.

There is NO justice in Thailand.
There never was and there never will be justice in the near future.
It is time to leave TH, before the red mob is released and is running amok.

Last month, the Criminal Court revoked Mr Yossawaris' bail for violating bail conditions.

Thailand needs a 'coup' to stop that circus and the present corruption.

Any bets on how long it will be before he violates the conditions again?
