Court denies Supat's appeal for bail

The Court of Appeal has rejected an application for the release on bail of Supat Laohawattana, a former physician at Police General Hospital in Bangkok, who is accused of murdering at least four people.

Meanwhile, police said they will bring additional charges against Supat after bullet holes and fragments were found in skeletons unearthed in his orchard.

The Region 7 court on Ratchadaphisek Road, Bangkok, on Tuesday upheld the Petchaburi Provincial Court’s decision to deny bail for Pol Col Supat, who currently faces charges of restraining people against their will, conspiracy to steal and possession of stolen items.

Being very cautious with this one. Denying bail etc.Did the Dr.have a direct hand in this or not?
Bullet holes in the skulls, his property?? Question, I may have missed it but how long had the remains been in the ground? That can be determined.
Anyway, no bail for the reasons stated in the article. BP, what happened to the three convicted murderers released on bail? Not a word.

Five policemen convicted of murder get bail and yet one who is only accused is refused bail. I guess it all depends on who you know?
