PTT, Bangchak raise pump prices

PTT and Bangchak Petroleum on Wednesday afternoon announced that they are increasing pump prices by 0.50 baht a litre for petrol and gasohol, and 0.30 baht per litre for gasohol E85.

Effective early Thursdsay morning, the new retail prices of fuel at PTT and Bangchak outlets in Bangkok and nearby provinces will be 43,55 baht per litre for petrol 91, 38.13...

    Difficult to complain, compared to most of the World, Thai gas prices are very cheap.

    This of course is just the beginning of the trend. Anyone who isn't watching gas prices in Thailand isn't watching the economy. Diesel prices are being held down (wisely, one must add) but this cannot last forever.

    This is the trend to watch.
