1.7m speed pills seized

SAMUT SAKHON - Police seized more than 1.7 million methamphetamine pills, or yaba, at a house in Samut Sakhon's Krathum Baen district and arrested four drug suspects on Thursday night.

The drugs have an estimated street value of 500 million baht.

Police said they received a tip-off that a lot of yaba pills were being smuggled from northern Thailand.
