Consumers, House panel demand return of pipelines

Consumer advocacy groups and a House committee yesterday petitioned the Supreme Administrative Court to demand that PTT Plc return all gas pipelines to the state.

The Foundation for Consumers and its partners along with the House committee on education, corruption investigation and good governance asked the court in a petition to instruct PTT to fully comply with its earlier ruling for the firm to return to the state all assets acquired when the firm was still a state enterprise.
